Architectural Review Committee

Reviews requests for exterior home changes and works with residents to ensure homes and landscaping reflect Caloosa’s established design standards.

Boulevard Committee

Oversees the care of the main boulevard at the entrance to Caloosa and the Caloosa Golf & Country Club, coordinating landscaping and vendors so the approach into the neighborhood remains well-kept and welcoming.

Holiday Lights Committee

Coordinates the installation and removal of

holiday lights on the boulevard.

Flag Committee
