Resident-led committees help keep Caloosa beautifully maintained, warmly welcoming, and well run. Participation is simple and meaningful. A few hours here and there protects the details that make the neighborhood feel cared for.
Architectural Review Committee
This team reviews proposed exterior updates and works with homeowners to ensure each home and landscape complements Caloosa’s established standards.

Boulevard Committee
Oversees the care of the main boulevard at the entrance to Caloosa and the Caloosa Golf & Country Club, coordinating landscaping and vendors so the approach into the neighborhood remains well-kept and welcoming.

Holiday Lights Committee
Coordinates the installation and removal of holiday lights along the boulevard. It’s a simple touch that brings warmth to the entrance and sets the tone for the season.

Flag Committee
Coordinates the placement of flags throughout the neighborhood several times each year to honor national holidays, including Memorial Day, Flag Day, Independence Day, and Veterans Day..
